Good intro and vocal here! Definitely gives that vibe of an upcoming challenge or event feel that gets the blood pumping with excitement to see what is coming over the horizon!

Bosa responds:

Thank you!

Hmmmm as a fan I don't think this was one of your better pieces of song work. The ones like Alice is Dead and Redlight City still give that impact and tasteful flow. This one was a bit choppy, though probably mostly from me used to hearing most of the DBZ songs as both fast pace and rocking style in a rap way.

Vocalizing wise, it doesn't seem to flow to well and was heavily relied on the really good music in the back. Maybe increase the pace of your vocals on "Rock the Dragon Ball Z" because it sounded way to relax and considering how intense DBZ tends to get, it was another minus.

Still I love the vocal and music separately, but they don't mesh well together in my honest opinion. So 3.5/5 and also welcome back to Newgrounds!

The old memories...

Are coming back... man was I afraid of going up that mountain... especially the first time I climbed that mountain and when I fought Seymour again for the second there up there... Still gives me the chills of fear from high places.

On the side note, the song itself gives me a sense of encouragement to continue onward. That only going up is the path we must strive for.

Awesome work here and I wish it got more recognition!

Suck...

My Crucifix with a load of Lead for back up!

Gotta love a gal who knows how to flaunt the heavy judgment with two pistols!

Legendary...

Gives me some feel of an Ancient China Era setting... a hero or heroine's prelude to an epic tale of heroism, bravery, trials to overcome and that the main character will rise to the challege. Almost something of a song for a movie trailer.

I certainly would love to use it for one of my many unfinished school animation projects... with your permission of course :)

sorohanro responds:

Of course you can use it. That's why it's here.
Thanks for review.

Whoa...

Didn't realize it was a short loop till I bother to look at the timer. You did an awesome job with this loop song. If I maybe so bold, but will you be willing to let me use this with one of my school projects?

Hahahaha it's not finish yet, but I do often come here to look for song loops and request the artists who made them permission to use them.

It fits a short animation I've been working on for traveling oddly... yea I'm weird lol.

kelwynshade responds:

Sorry for the late response, but yeah, feel free to use it for something in school. No problem.

It's quite sharp and good.

As I listened to it first... I began thinking of Ancient China movies and drama, then the sitar hits and I'm thinking of Arabian Nights stories and fairy tales. I feel a mix of both the movie "House of Flying Daggers" and oddly "Sinbad the Sailor" story from this song. Then I read your comment of the song, which was quite surprising and fits very well with the song. Hahahaha you could say I was able to imagine it clearly then in my mind and seeing the woman dancing, enticing, alluring... yet poised to strike when the chance presents itself.

Though my only critique to it is again... the sudden ending... though that's just my hissy opinion since I'm one of those who don't like sudden abrupt change when getting into the mood of the song, kind of like you made it build up and then we suddenly drop off the stairs lol.

Good stuff still! Keep it up! :D

Sweet...

It sort of gives me an interest in underwater explorations... a mysterious, yet calming feel. Though also getting the feeling of sinking to the depths as a final rest and reflecting on my life... hahahaha yea weird way to interpret this song but I do like it a lot.

The sudden stop in the end would kill it if it were more noticeable. Though it doesn't and the other instruments used in it make up for it.

Epic...

Beyond a thought this was epic and won me over! LOL "Shove a garlic up your ***" That was classic and original in my opinion. ENCORE!!!!! :D

bigjonny13 responds:

Hahahahaha, thanks man.

Amazing!

I truly didn't think I'd find a classical here on Newgrounds. I'm glad I found your track here. Has a good flow, though I noticed a few peaks that seem a slight bit off. Mostly at about 00:28 with the suddenly fast piece. It fits, but maybe just a little tone down, not much, but i can tell this hit the red in the audio scale. Nothing else to critique about it, other than I hope to see more classic music from you :)

Overall its soothing and it certainly gave me a smile on a bad work day :D

Jessismith responds:

Hey thank you, Markmoonedge, for the helpful and also inspiring comment. I've edited this a bit today....it sounds a bit better now, in my opinion. I promise to make lots more classical pieces after this. Thanks again. :)

That's what I like to hear. :D
